By placing an order with Buoyant Bloom, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payment

Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Setup & Venue Access

Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access at the agreed-upon installation time.

Additional fees may apply for delays, restricted access, excessive stairs, long carrying distances, or significant last-minute changes requested after installation begins.

Balloon Care

Once balloons are delivered or picked up, Buoyant Bloom is not responsible for damage caused by weather, transportation, improper handling, pets, sharp objects, or environmental conditions.

Balloon Longevity

Balloon float times and longevity vary based on temperature, humidity, sunlight exposure, altitude, handling, and environmental conditions.

Buoyant Bloom does not guarantee specific float times or lifespan of balloons after delivery or pickup.

Outdoor Installations

Outdoor balloon designs are subject to weather conditions.

Extreme heat, wind, rain, or direct sunlight may affect balloon appearance and longevity.

Children’s Safety

Balloons may present a choking hazard to young children.

Adult supervision is recommended, and broken balloons should be discarded immediately.

Pet Safety

Balloons, balloon fragments, ribbons, and decorative materials may pose a choking or ingestion hazard to pets.

Clients are responsible for keeping pets away from balloon decor and discarded balloon materials.

Buoyant Bloom is not responsible for injury, illness, or damage resulting from contact between pets and balloon products after delivery, pickup, or installation.

Color Variations

Balloon colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and manufacturer availability.

Substitutions

If specific balloon colors or materials become unavailable, comparable substitutions may be made while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates.

While we strive to be punctual, delays caused by traffic, weather, venue access, or unforeseen circumstances may occur.

Cancellations

Because all designs are custom-made, payments are non-refundable once production has begun.

Cancellation requests made at least 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund at Buoyant Bloom’s discretion.

Liability

Buoyant Bloom’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Intellectual Property

All photos, designs, graphics, website content, and marketing materials are the property of Buoyant Bloom and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Photos, Inspiration, & Handmade Products

Photos shown on this website are examples of previous work and inspiration. Each Buoyant Bloom creation is handcrafted and unique. Exact duplication of designs cannot be guaranteed. Due to the custom, handmade nature of balloon decor, slight variations in size, shape, balloon placement, arrangement, and color should be expected. These variations are normal and do not affect the overall design quality as they are part of the unique character of each creation.
